We know participating in a Virtual Visit can be scary the first time, so we put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions that we thought might ease the anxiety!


Q: Why should I consider doing a virtual visit?

A: We understand the desire for face-to-face interactions when it comes to your health, and virtual visits allow you to still get that face-to-face connection from the comfort of your home! This is great, especially with the current pandemic, because it eliminates unnecessary travel and possible exposure. This is also a great option of you have loved ones that you don't want to leave home alone.


Q: What are some things I can use a virtual visit for?

A: Virtual visits can be good for patients who are experiencing cold symptoms, need a follow-up, have health questions, and/or need to discuss medications. It's also a great option for behavioral health patients!


Q: How do I schedule a virtual visit?

A: Patients can schedule a virtual visit simply by calling their provider's office and following the same process as normal. From there, you'll receive a link via email that will take you directly to your appointment at the scheduled time.


Q: What if I'm unsure about my technology?

A: Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will receive a link to use to enter the appointment. We suggest you visit this link beforehand and test your equipment out. If you have any issues, you can call the office and ask for assistance!
