Billing/Insurance Research Specialist - Administration
Position Description:
The qualified candidate will process and post payments, respond to clinic and patient billings questions or concerns, work special accounts as well as work with slide applications. Other assignments may include insurance research. Additional daily skills required, include but are not limited to: data entry, running reports, use of email, spreadsheets, money management and copier/fax machines. There are monthly deadlines required for certain tasks within this position. Excellent customer service and patient privacy, as outlined in HIPAA regulations, is a MUST. Prior insurance filing/billing experience preferred, however we will train the right candidate.
Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - OB/Gyn Specialty Group
Position Description:
The LPN or RN will work in a high volume clinic where a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and support will be discovered. The ideal candidate will enjoy patient interaction and have proficient communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must take pride in patient care by offering support in areas such as: computer skills, team player, and excellent patient/customer service. The LPN or RN will be equipped to deliver high quality care by assisting patients in and out of exam rooms, taking vital signs, coordinate patient meds, prescriptions, labs, blood draws, injections, specimen collection, patient notifications and other clinic functions as needed to maintain a smooth office flow. Experience in a medical setting preferred.

Services provided by our OB/GYN Physicians include the full range of obstetrics and gynecology specialty services, including outpatient visits and procedures, inpatient deliveries and surgeries as well as the opportunity to teach health professionals, students and residents. Our OB/GYN clinic is housed in the same location as our Pediatric and Dental clinics and in close contact with our Behavioral Health Providers to allow patient centered, coordinated care.
